Develop a positive image.

City & Provincial sought to raise awareness amongst agents and create a positive perception of the company amongst customers, suppliers and other interested parties. The company also wanted to promote its support of green issues such as sustainable regeneration and working in partnership with housing associations. The complex target market includes a broad spectrum of professionals, corporations, public bodies and private individuals, ranging from farmers and other landowners to town planners and the people who live in the area of the proposed development.

THE SOLUTION

Construct an effective image.

Propel constructed an image which represents City & Provincial's development zones. From central London to outlying areas. City & Provincial has high-flying standards and far-sighted vision, but its feet are on the ground. The final zone is tilted to represent individuality and independent decision-making. Blue suggests corporate stability and a sound investment; the contrasting bright orange says that City & Provincial are vibrant, aware and up to the minute, highly capable in driving

exciting projects.
